Ok I got everything running but when I try to make DK character it tells me that the account does not have the appropriate expansion enabled. I set the expansion on my account to 2 but I still get this message. Just wanting to know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

try to do 1st a lvl 60 (over 55) char , then try to create a DK

Ok DK made after I made another character that was above lvl 55. Problem now is my client crashes ever time I try to login...Going to try and redo my maps and dbc on the 8885 client maybe I got an error somewhere. Any suggestions would be nice though.

Hi I'm completely lost on your release 3.5v pack, does the "world" SQL replace mangos, or do I need to add a world data into navicat. when I add the world into mangos, and starts things up it says "loaded 0 mangos string. DB table "mangos_string" is empty. cannot continue." can you please please help me....... or do I need a core for it to run??

word is the mangos database . you will need to get the characters , realmd and scriptdev2 from other repack.

oh and don't add the data over your curent mangos .. drop the database , create another and add the word database from the repack

Just try to .tele orgrimmar "caract_name" for example from magosd console then login

k, so I'm gonne either use crusher 8885 core, or someone else core. but what do you mean add the word database from repack? I'm really a noob, sry >.<

in the repack u have in the DB+BarberFIX the world database but u will need another 3 databases to make ur server right? so u will need a realmd database and a characters database.
in this repack realmd and the database are missing so u will need to get them from another repack .

what do i mean add the word database from repack : well just drop your curent mangos database from the sql and create a new database with the same name(mangos) execute the World database from the repack. simple

ok, I guess I got it working with the mangos and realmd since I drop all database and reload them. but how do I set up a account, can you please help me again? =D

to setup an account go to mangosd console and type :

create username pasword ex: create danny 23456

to be a gm type:

setgm username and a gm level from 1 to 3 (3 is admin)

ex: setgm danny 3

to allow you play wotlk and create DK type:

setexpansion username and 2

ex: setexpansion danny 2

moffeman.. big thanks.. installed this and seem to get alot of ingame errors.. and also when using some spells i get client crash saying something about spell.cpp file can you assist?

try to put other mangos config files from other mangos version (ex:8820)

and your server wants to update new patches ?! i guess your client (your game ) for that do not use launcher.exe use wow.exe (u can find wow.exe in your wow main folder)
