Instant Healing for every class?

hi ,
i saw yesterday a person (warrior) who heals his charakter alone instantly.... I didnt see any trinket or smthg like that.... After few minutes i asked him how he this does, but he logged of.

it was on an ascent server rev 4,1xx

do someone have a idea how may it be?
I tryed something out with Wpe and some trinkets, but i have no results. The most of the healing trinkets are now disabled from the server and i dont have a idea how can it work .

hmm... but i saw many question in this section (look at the thread"0 speed auto-attack, how?").....
iam able to work with wpe, i just need a tip if anyone have one for me.... i dont need a tutorial or somthing like that...

..... i know your way... but it doesnt wotk anymore on rev 4+ (you cant bye the heal trinkets!)... so i asked how can it be on a new rev..... or is there a way to buy the trinkets?

If i try to buy them he says " You have not enough Gold" or something like that... and there stand no price for the trinkets...

and i didnt find a way to buy the trinkets with some hack or a bug, i used wpe pro and chanched the ids , but it still doesnt work to ...
