Money, 450k gold bug

I made this account a while back, mostly been leeching from it but I thought Id contribute for a change, give somethin' back you know?


Anyway, take Beyond-WoW's server for example, they insist that you have vote to earn your gold, well below is a gold trick I found.

Trade all ur current gold away, but leave yourself 18 - 20 copper, and because most servers have shops, go buy yourself a Blacksmith Hammer from a Blacksmith Vendor.

Sell back to the vendor and you get somewhere between 425k to 450k



Its not a common bug/exploit as not many people ever keep 18 copper on them at anyone time.. especially if there going to buy a BS hammer ;-)

i dont get it whats the bug i know in some servers you buy stuff for free and u can sell it back for money but i dont get the bug here

I dont know why its a bug, but if you only have 18 copper on you and buy the blacksmith hammer (which costs 18 copper) then once you sell it back to the vendor you got 450k gold for it..

I think it works the same way as the 0 stats bug, it moves your gold to 0 then bugs up because ascent seems to have problems with 0.
