Works on the trinitycore server but may work elsewhere.

Firstly, get to scholozar basin and go to the frenzyheart tribe.
You then need to talk to Rejak and get the Rejek:First Blood quest

Once you have the quest, target yourself and use the provided quest item
Once you've spawned one, jump and spawn another.
Once the other one is spawned jump again.
(Rinse and Repeat the above 3 lines)

You can do this with as many weps as possible. 2 second cooldown on the item

Idk what you're saying, but basically you can go high up in the sky and attack people, or you can climb up ontop of buldings etc..
