same bug as talisman of ascendance but here it just give 65 AP

Mind Quickening Gem-Mind Quickening Gem - Item - World of Warcraft
gives 330 Haste for 20sec bugged so it gives 330 haste for lvl 80 and on some Arcemu cores the buff stacks.

Manual crowd Pummeler-Manual Crowd Pummeler - Item - World of Warcraft
increases haste by 500 for 30sec u get 500 in lvl 80 aswell
