The Sha'tari Skyguard/Skettis bug quest.

I've tried this now with the new ASCENT patch, 4,3XXX which supports 2.4.1 only, it's been working on two servers now, I haven't tried others.

It's a bug quest in Skettis which rewards you with Sha'tari Skyguard reputation, 3g 40s and 2-3 healing/mana potions, whichever you choose.

The quest guy is in skettis and has few positions:

Skyguard Prisoner - NPCs - WOWDB

You just need to go and get the quest from the NPC in skettis, then go to the small Sha'tari Skyguard camp and just return the Daily! quest over and over again until you gain exalted reputation level. It has few nice rewards, the trinkets, cloaks and the epic flying mount, the Nether Ray:
