Joining/Creating a Private Server WoW Joining(not creating server)

ive been interested in Private Servers with real wow...sometimes im bored and need something to do.

Could anyone explain me step by step how i can JOIN(not register) a private server to play in it???

All ive seen here are "create your own private server!" i dont want to...i just want to join somebody elses TBC or Pre-tbc Private Server to have some fun.
I cant find any guides regarding to my problem.

Ive heard i need a clean version of WoW and then i download the private server patches and connect with some program, it didnt work when it try. Just an error came up...thats been like 1 year ago. Now i rly want it to WORK!

so pretty please, Step by Step guide to join someones TBC private server. (not some 225 lvl cap servers...lvl 70 cap only = no superpowers)

google a privaet server eg wowscape


open realmlist.wtf in notpad in your wow folder

change it to what they say on their site

create account on their site

login and have fun ^^

This is how you would join a normal private server..

Go to their site, there should be an account registration page, signup with your wanted account name and password.

Go to your wow directory in your hard drive / program files and open the file called " realmlist.wtf ".

Then edit this for the servers new realmlist which it should be on the site, probaly in big writing so you know!

Then save the file and after a few minutes start wow as the server needs to register your account in the database / system.

o wait...thx for fast answers...

im now trying to get on wowscape. seems that i need clean version of latest wow since wowscape has a program which generates the wow files to be able to play on wowscape realms. :P

If i have troubles might ask in here if not on wowscape forums!
