[Fix] Ncdb fast moving npc bug

Well if ur using the latest ncdb you will notice all the npc's are moving very fast.

Well i have come up with a fix.

    Code:
    http://massmirror.com/3f92352ef4d94e547a21ca6379edc212.html
    Uploading to other places also
Whats inside is latest ascent core (which i compiled) with many added things and a sql file called speed.sql just execute that.

    enjoy

Haha, yup, it slows them down if you read the title! /smile
Nice work mate, thanks for releasing this, but I did not have any problems to be honest.
Maybe it was just some of them, eh?

    Thanks for sharing anyway!
