Help with custom races , please.

Hi guys , i was just wondering how people were adding custom races but only when you have a speficic appeareance , like no hair troll male = goblin ..and such stuff , i really need to know this so can anyone please reply and help me a bit?

there was a guide i found , but it was not explaining everything , like how to make 'male only' into a certain race.. only how to change the display ids
