How do Wowscape, AniWow and other big servers get Undetectable Voting Pop ups?

My server would really benefit from having those pop-ups. So far im in 40-ish place without, my rank would go even higher if I had the pop up! Everybodg infront of me has those pop ups:confused:

Are they done with java? I was able to copy all the html of WoWGasm, then put it on Microsoft frontpage and dlete everything but the pop up, although when i preview the page it doesn't work anymore :s

Can somebody please give me a html code to create the box, ill edit the stuff to put inside myself.

Go to the page with the popup

and look through the page source... you should be able to find it : ]

Green = remove space between them
Red = Parts of script that make pop-up undetectable (I am not sure about this, but it would fit)
Orange = This is Wowscape's pop-up, ones i colored with Orange are images WoWscape chose to pop-up
