Help in my server hosting (last step)

First of all,
I want to thank everyone for the great efforts that they made to help me.
So, i had a lost hope in openning a public server to surf a bit with my friends. but now it changed, i may have it public and grow it to community.. and the dream would grow from a fun friends server to a community of servers, developers .. ect.

Let's go to what i came to right now.
So, i was planning to open my private server finally and after a long time, since i understood how to open 'realmlist' table. But i still have a final problem.
The problem is like that.
when i set my internal ip in local ip (idk if it is wrong, tell me in a reply)
and external ip in adress
and port same as i put in the rooter 8050 TCP/UDP
i still have a final problem
i can't login
after doing the steps i mentioned before, i set my realmlist (SET realmlist my.ip.over.here/ my.Dynamic.IP.here)
and i try to run server, it actually works, but it stuck in loggining in screen and i keep trying and the same problem.
but when i actually try to set my realmlist again (SET realmlist my.ip.over.hereort/ my.dynamic.ip.hereort) it doesn't even work.. can you tell me a way to fix, or atleast suggest one. or tell me the mistake. Thank you.

You also need to portforward Port 3724,
And i recommend to not portforward port 80, that's super risky.
