Need assistant to start my 4.3.4 server

I downloaded this [Link]
I didn't know how to start and what to do to run my server.
So .. yes, i need someone to show me how to start, if there is avaible tutorials ... put the link in a reply.

Client = [Cata] Cataclysm 4.3.4 Installer (18MB)
Change the realmlist and patchlist in the WTF-->Config to "localhost" or "127.0.0.1"
Delete the other realmlist in the WoW folder.
Start the game and You should be rdy to go

If u can't start the servers in the Repack folder is a "Jeuties Repack Control" program use it to start all servers
Server path: ...\NomadicWow Ultimate Repack v4.0\Core
MySQL path: ...\NomadicWow Ultimate Repack v4.0\Server\MySQL\bin
Apache path: ...\NomadicWow Ultimate Repack v4.0\Server\Apache\bin
