[Help] With GM Command

Need help on how to get GM Tickets, When I type .gmticket get it just says "Gets GM Ticket" anyone able to help me get the tickets?

i think that the GM tickets are bugged and are corrupt.

Join the "gm_sync_channel" channel (type /join gm_sync_channel) and use that Ticket command again, and... OMG it works!

That command won't work if there are no GM Tickets...so create a ticket and then use this command.
