Power of the Horde help.

I know on Acent/ antrix servers the command to play the song over all the server so everyone can hear is

.playall 11803 for power of the horde.



I also know for mangos its .playsound 11803. But thats only so i can hear it and not everyone else.

How do i get mangos to play to everyone and not just me?

Well i don't think you can, i guess you could make
your own GM Command that does what it does on Ascent Server's
but other wise i don't know

could you direct me into a direction on how to make my own commands. I know i will not learn right away but could you point me in the right direction?
