Custom teleport npcs question please help

Ok well i saw that portals are getting old and now a bunch of servers are getting these Npc teleporters yet im clueless on how to make one is there anyone who can tell me or give me some advice on how to make one thanks in advanced cya

Get the chrispee (Sp?) repack and I think it comes with the NPC

How do you make a Teleporter npc for mangos? i see they have them for Ascent... any ideas?
