    There are Gnommish Plane NPCs. I'm yet to see a Boat-Shaped NPC.

    8011 is a plane because in retail, on Arcaz Island there are Doctor Lapido's minions working on a gyrocopter, it's an ingame model, there is no boat. Sorry. =/
