Need Help Starting A Server

I haven't been using any private servers for about 6 years now, since I was 12 back when this was MMOwned. Back then I was surprisingly good at using them (even wrote a few tutorials back then), but as of now I am completely rubbish. I went back to Retail as soon as I got a job and could afford to resume subscription, but anyway, I have a LAN party coming up in two weeks and not everyone has Level 90s, let alone on the same realm. So I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to where to obtain the files needed to make one, the more modern the patch is, the better due to being my friends only started playing in MoP and it's just easier than explaining how to do everything.

So if anyone could just give a me a point in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated.
