Please help with custom items

ok i was playing aroun on my server Ascent and when I try to add a custom weapon it keeps telling the dam error SQl Error Duplicate on key 1

the code is :

Can't really be sure with that kinda info, But SQL Errors like that usually mean your Rev is out of date....Thats jus what I think, Could be wrong.

OR ELSE, After actually looking at the thread properally, The Entry ID you used for the item might already be in use, Try changing the Entry ID to something like 99991 Etc
