I don't know if it can be the .dll file the error message mention. Try to google on it and download it (It's a great side to download .dll files, just don't got the name right now)

Yeah, and try to recompile the core, can be something wrong in it.

msvcr90 is part of the .net framework 3.5 as far as I remember. Get it here
