Thanks for trying to help unlike others, but that is one of the worst guides I have ever seen. The ports are wrong, they connect to the same world/character DB. That guide is really bad.

On another note, no one can find these "guides" that apparently "worK", Gastric.

How about using common sense to solve your problem.

You want two computers to connect to one logonserver. Let's start by having MYSQL accept root connections from other computers (something you can toggle when setting it up) Then once all of your ports are forwarded on the Host machine and you have set up a DNS, just edit your config files to connect to the database on the host machine using your root account.

Don't tell me thats wrong either, since ive been doing it.

Do I have to change some of the connection ports in the realms config? Which configs do I edit? The realms config that comes with the non-logon realm?
