[HELP!!!] Need help setting up and stuff...!!

I have tried many guides, none seemed to work.
And the ones that seemed promising I could not download the files required.
From old not updated links, but also my host file makes no sense to me.
I can't seem to figure out what most guides mean by adding stuff.
Here take a look...

Where do I add this stuff?
I'm confused.. :S

thats the hosts file, go to start > run and type in C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts and open the file in notepad and just add the stuff it tells you to add in the guide, there must be 50+ in the ascent guides section

True, There is.
But for w/e reason, NONE have worked for me...
