need help fixing some private server problems please.

I'm currently running an AC Web Ultimate Repack 7.7 private server for a few friends, but its extremely buggy and I was wondering if perhaps I should try another repack or perhaps try running the server differently.

Right now it is a non hamachi.

The bugs I'm getting are thus;

Summoned pets like water elelmental not casting spells like freeze.
pets continuing to attack after a duel has finished.
no heroic instances
no quest npcs
blink is a large jump rather than an instant teleport
nothing at all including no instances in quel'danas
a few other instances missing

These are just a few bugs I've noticed, though more have occurred.

I am a noob for certain, I was just curious if anyone knew of perhaps a different repack or an other way entirely to run a server I should try, to address some of these problems.

The things I'm most interested in getting to work are class and pet abilities, and all the instances/heroics working properly.

Use a different repack like Alan said. Cause last i heard AC-webs was having some big problems.
