Question How do I make a mob stand still casting a spell?

Hello I just wonder if someone knows how to make a monster stand still casting a spell.

Example : I have a mob that shall cast a Fireball (rank 14).
Nothing is wrong when he starts to cast it but when I move away from him he just follows me and stops to cast it.

I have seen in some instances when imps stand almost rooted to the ground and spamms fireballs , shadowbolts whatever...
And I wonder how to make that

Easily do-able in LUA. im not going to make the script for you, nor will other people, but here are the basic steps. (Look in the guides section aswell)

Put a lua script for an on_combat situation, then use these functions:
:StopMovement(miliseconds)
:FullCastSpellOnTarget(ID, Target)
