This exact code is 99% not going to work even if updated to 7.1.5 offsets for various reasons, but my guess is it would be very little to change by looking at it briefly.

However, if you are asking more about AutoIt and doing this considering AutoIt can use the win32 API, there is no reason that an updated version past just updating the offsets would not work.
