Lua Check Spell Available (for warriors)

Hello, I was wondering if is there a way to determine via lua if a spell is "ready" and not on cooldown, for example "Intercept", regardless of my current stance or rage.
For what I know I can know if the spell can be used only if I'm in the correct stance and I have enough rage, but is there a way only to check the cooldown of the spell? I mean if the spell is recharging from the use or not. (Not the global cooldown of the spell)

Yes, that works. I didn't use that because I was remembering wrong, that function giving only GCD remaining and not recovery time, but gives like both. So yea thanks =)
