Cokx profiles are outdated in the coding efficiency and format. If you want to quickly fix your problem in macros disabling after use, find what sets the CVar for that specific macro to false, nil or 0 (usually through a event which is triggered on SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS from player GUID) and remove/modify that line of code. This requires some knowledge in lua.
