Is there a way to reverse PQR button presses

I am multiboxing some toons and would like to use PQR to increase my damage output. Currently i use a very long castsequence deal made with macro toolkit. it's beyond 255 chars and is not too bad, not your typical sequence 1 then 2. Still even me playing one toon i know pqr will do most things better.

Question is i would like to have limited PQR involvement. Basically i want PQR to activate only when i hit a specific key, toggle on off or hold down (ie shift). Then i really only want two keys, one for dps toggle, and one for burst.

Any neat ways to achieve this? i've used pqr for a long time, but never really learned the intricacies of it..

prob could setup pqr for if IsRightShiftKeyDown() then execute rotation end
