[PE] - NO CARRIER's Rotations menu

    The WW profile is using Tigereye Brew well below 10 stacks. I was wrong before so i don't kow if this is a DPS increase or just a bug

    It will pop TeB when the target is expected to die in less than 40 seconds. I can remove this condition. Otherwise, it will case TeB when the following conditions are met:
    -TeB buff is not currently active, and
    --You have 20 stacks, or
    --You have at least 10 stacks and serenity buff is active, or
    --RsK debuff is up on the target and you have TP buff up on you, and
    ----You have at least 2 chi, and
    ------You have at least 16 stacks, or
    ------The target is estimated to die in less than 40 seconds
    ----You have at least 3 chi and you have at least 10 stacks, and
    ------FoF is ready to be used, or
    ------Hurricane strikes is ready to be used and you have the talent

    Maybe the TTD estimate is acting wonky. I can remove that. Otherwise there should be no condition where it would pop under 10 stacks.

    Updates:
    -WW: removed custom NOC.isAttackingPlayer check and instead use target.combat for CJL cast check
    -WW: changed interrupt to also interrupt any active spellcasting as well (FoF & CJL) to prioritize interrupts
    -WW & BrM: Tweaked health % checks for some abilities to only trigger at lower health
    -BrM: Attempt to fix smart auto-mouseover Dizzying Haze
    -BrM: remove Serenity from 'start of combat' section to help ensure that we get Keg Smash and TP up first
    -BrM: normal combat rotation BoK will prefer at least 6 seconds of shuffle, up from 3 seconds
    -SV & MM: implemented support for 'Lone Wolf' talent such that it will not attempt to use any pet abilitities if the Lone Wolf talent is taken
    -Hunter SV/BM/WW: adding additional rotation pausing and 'immuneEvents' check for main portion of the combat rotation
    -Monk WW: identified the possible root-cause of the bug preventing the auto-stoping of the CJL casting the combat rotation if we are casting/channeling a spell.
    -correcting mounted check

    Ran a bunch of challenge modes tonight - was doing amazing dps with the WW profile. Only issue is that it is using TEB at really low stacks like an above poster said - 4-6 etc.

    Ok, I removed the 'timetodie < 40s' check from TeB usage. Please get the latest and tell me if you still see an issue.

    It's holding TEB stacks a lot better now. Very good! is there anyway you could make it work on the 4th boss of URBS (the dragon)? It doesn't do anything on the boss when it's flying - works fine when it lands though.

    For Brewmaster can you make the statue use on MouseOver rather then @target location? it is such a powerful ability but only with careful placement (usually not at target location)

    There is a global problem with PE and the 4th boss of URBS (ragewing)? I'll try to find a solution if no other PE people find it first.
