    Gliding on a Mac

Hi. Going to make this quick so I can get back to work.

Okay just a bit of help for you Mac users/owners who like to bot/glide but can only do it with some risk on a PC.

We know Warden can be a bitch sometimes but if you own a Mac you are in luck since it doesnt work... Too bad Mac's CANNOT use glider. Right?

    Not really. 6):

Well I'm current bootcamping windows XP on my mac. So Now I am running glider on it. Best part is since Technically I am on a Mac warden doesnt work. So happy safe gliding.

Didn't think warden could ever find it anyway. Never found it for me on XP and I don't do anything special.

Haha. Well I'm mainly mentioning this for people who own only Mac's though since Glider and other programs don't run on it. Using bootcamp allows you to run another OS while still using Mac OSX or whatever. Run Glider using the windows OS on bootcamp so they can use glider on Mac. Just sharing what I do since I don't have a PC with WoW.

The Safety wasn't the big topic in here.

But if you are running Windows XP on your mac, doesn't the XP operating system take over therefore you ARE running Windows not Macintosh on your computer? Sorry, not to flame, but I don't think this would work out. If I can get trojans and viruses on my Windows operating system then I think I can get warden because warden technically is spyware. Though I'm not completely sure since I use Parallels instead of Bootcamp.

EDIT: Also, I don't think you can run programs off of another operating system into the main operating system, at least not in Parallels.

Nope. Doesnt take over. It opens up a new window which looks like a program window like an internet browser would. That's how it looks for me. Doesn't take over. This is my last post for now. Lunch hour is over.

You should post a link for where to get bootcamp then, and how to set it up to use Windows XP. Then how to open glider with it.

You have to buy Bootcamp at the nearest apple store or online, it's not free. Though you may be able to illegally download it on limewire or something.
As for the Windows XP installation, you need to buy the install disks. Though you may be able to illegally download that too.

Hmm... you allready know that BootCamp just emulates a normal PC-BIOS on a Intel-Mac-Hardware (which has no BIOS, just EFI)?

If you run Windows on a Mac (via BootCamp, Parallels Desktop or any other "virtual PC"-Software) then Warden runs like on any other x86/x64-PC-Hardware, so it's NOT safe to botting on Mac-Hardware! Warden could catch you! Beware!

Warden will work fin when you run Vista/XP on bootcamp. Warden scans for things like Program Memory, Window Titles and Text in windows. It will still be able to do this on boot camp.

@For when you say I'm wrong tell me where you heard the fact that Warden wont work on Macs with Bootcamp or did you just think Im on a piece of shit white box no way Wardens waste time on this shit box.

Is WoW running on the software along with glider or you running WoW on Mac OS and glider on the software?

Thing is glider will work on the software that also allows glider to work.

    phale?
