Description:

As some of you may know, being able to control the upload and download speed of WoW can give you a huge ingame advantage when it comes to just about every aspect of WoW, and because I noticed that Windows users had a rather large choice of applications which can control upload and download speeds, i decided to make a Mac version.
So here is my latest program, i called it iLag because thats exactly what the program does, it allows you to control lag on WoW, but iLag is not exactly like all these windows programs because iLag is actually designed for WoW.

By "designed for WoW" i mean that it can only control internet speed on WoW, it is also designed to be highly responsive and very fast to trigger in order to meet with the needs of fast WoW gameplay such as PvP.
Using iLag will not have any effect on your global internet connection, so if you set your WoW speed to 5KB/s and you're downloading things such as music in the background at 500KB/s, your music download speed will not change.

I would also like to point out that controlling lag on WoW is probably the most underused WoW exploit on the Net, there used to be a lot more lag related exploits in the early days of WoW, but they all seem to have vanished, I'm hoping that many new exploits can be found using iLag because I am certain that there are still many lag related exploits which are just waiting to be found.

Here are some examples of what you can do using iLag:

1) Massive advantage in all battlegrounds, meaning you can turn on iLag, take the heavily guarded flag in WSG, run out of the enemy base and while the enemy is trying to figure out who took the flag and how you got away so fast with it, you will already be half way to your base.

2) Massive advantage in PVE, you can turn on iLag, quickly run past a huge group of mobs while not pulling any aggro, then turn iLag off and continue to your destination.

3) Extended buff time, how would you like your "Sprint" ability to last for 40 seconds and more, well with iLag its easy, just turn on iLag when your "Sprint" ability is about to end and you get a lot of extra time (you can use it on any ability, i just took "Sprint" as an example).

These are just a few examples, there are many other things which can be done by controlling lag on WoW, the lag method was used to dupe gold and items in the early days of WoW, a new dupe method is still to be found but there is no doubt that it has to involve lag since its the only known way to get the server rollback needed for any dupe.

* Complete control over the WoW TCP port (control over WoW connection speed).
* iLag is very accurate.
* Fast response time.
* Hotkeys (so you don't have to leave WoW and lose valuable time to change settings).
* Very user friendly interface (you merely just have to look at it to understand how to use it).
* Stand alone application (you won't need to install any other program for it to run).
* Mac OS X Panther/Tiger/Leopard compatible (its a universal binary so any Mac can use it).
* Works on any versions of WoW (no matter what the patch is, it will work).
* Undetected by Warden (Mac versions of WoW don't have Warden enabled on them so i dodged that bullet easily).
* Doesn't affect your Global connection (you can still download, surf the net, etc... while making WoW lag like crazy).

Well let me get this correct, you are flooding the port of 3724 with packets, nothing special packets or are you sending the packets of the spell constantly? I am guessing that is how it works... This can be easily accomplished people. I must find a way to do to it thowe. Lets try winsock! If anyone would like to join this project please look for it in 'general' forum!

Nice program piggy, Glad to see you making stuff for you poor under-app'ed (making up words ftw) mac users. Wish you could make this kinda stuff with Window$ for us, though. :P
