From what I have read, Blizzard would be treading on very rocky ground scanning outside of WOW's memory space - I believe they have been in trouble for this before. There are some countries/regions where that is against the law (for data protection/privacy reasons). However, Blizzard is a behemoth and can afford being dragged into court, whereas the likes of us who would like what we do outside of WOW's memory space to remain private, can't afford a costly and lengthy court case.
Users who get banned need to ask Blizzard for evidence of why they were banned. I suspect Blizzard would be unlikely to admit they detected an out of process clicker. Some clickers can be used for many other games and applications. Blizzard can't (or shouldn't) go banning people for their use because the clicker could be being used for another purpose outside of WOW.
Winifix, I keep bumping your post when I should be bumping mine !!

They don't have to provide any evidence to support a ban, your account is technically their property. Also I may be mistaken, but I don't think they'd have any issues whatsoever scanning outside of WoW's memory. They don't need to send or log any of your personal information, where is the invasion of privacy? Nobody is ever going to successfully sue Blizzard for wondering why pornhub.exe has an open handle to WoW and scanning its memory.

Hey thanks for the great work. Working well so far. I'm trying to change the hot key to start/stop and using XButton1 (back button on a 5 button mouse) but it does not seem to register. Any clues? The buttons works fine in other applications like a browser.
