Multiboxing Software

Hey yall.

Here is a program which i used on a lot of Private Servers.

I am well aware that there are bots such as Honorbuddy etc etc which do a way better job, but i am posthing this Regardless.

SO! Here you go! -- This software will allow you to cast on multiple toons, when your main char casts a certain spell, or hits a certain key.

So - to get started;

Lingo:

Master - your main account wich your alt accounts will assist

Slave - your Alt accounts which will assist your main

1)
Open the folder and right click on the octopus icon. Go to properties.
Go to the 2nd tab that says compatibility.
Tick the box that says “run this program in Compatibility mode for” and choose the type of windows that you are using.



2) When you opeen the program, it should look like This:



SELECT ---- Shamtroll --- From Dropddown

3) Go to -- Server > Keys ---- Add the KEYS you wiish to use.

3.5) Make sure the KEYS Checkbox at the Bottom left of the program is CHECKED ✔ ✔ ✔

Example : I want my bot to press ONLY Key 1, and Letter F when I do on my Master -- You would add 1 and F into the KEYS.



4) STATUS > -- Click " Start" - -- You should now see that your connected to Localhost 127.0.0.1
You should see your WoW Clients.

5) To make this easier, Load up your MASTER Client first, start Multiboxing Software, then load up your slaves.

IMPORTANT

6) Be sure the KEYS is checked at the boottom of the program before you start.



7) On yourr MASTER -- Click one of the buttons you added to your Keys list, and Walla! Your Slave will now cast.


You can setup Macros, and all sorts of cool stuff to get your Alt to follow, attack, assist etc etc.

IF -- You are having Troubles, or wish to create your OWN new proofile for wah ever reason, this is HOW you do it.


Step 1)

On the Menu tabs, Go to Client
Go down to the windows tab.
Tick "Auto add windows"
window title: World of Warcraft
Process name: wow



Step 2)

On the Menu tabs, Go to Client
Go down to Games
On tag write: World of Warcraft
Click on the button what says “...”
search for were you have downloaded the game in which
Wow.exe lies.



Step 3)

On the Menu tabs, Go to Server
Click on “Keys”
Click on “New”
Click on “enter key combo”
Push all the buttons that you want to use on your keyboard
in which all wow accounts will use simultaneously.
Tick on “Whitelist” when you are done



Step 4)

On the Menu tabs, Go to Server
Click on “Maximize”
Click on “New”
This is where you will choose the amounts of characters you
want to play simultaneously.
On Tag, Write WoW toonmain
This will be the name of the main character.
On X, write 1000
On Y, write 1000
Leave the rest like it is.
For the 2nd char:
On tag,write WoW toon1
This will be the follower char
On X, write 1000
On Y, write 1000
Leave the rest like it is.
You do this for as many chars you want to have.

Step 5)

On the Menu tab, Go to Status
Click at the “…” button
Click at “New” button furthest to the top
Name your profile
Click on “New” button, lower one. You should see (“/1) [k]
You will now edit this (“/1) [k] by working with the part under “Instances”
These instances is your WoW-Clients. Start by fixing your main char.
Name: WoW Main
Game: localhost:World of Warcraft
Maximizer: WoW toonmain

Tick the following
“Topmost window"
"Receives broadcast keys"
"Receives broadcast clicks"

Put maxfps on 50 and tick Auto gxResolution
Tick “sound”



Step 6)

Now you do step 5 on all the chars you want to include.
The only difference is to change the Name and Maximizer.
Remember that the name you have on Maximizer on step 4 needs
to be the same here.
Do not tick “Sound” on the other chars.

Step 7)

On the Menu tab, Go to Status
Furthest down on Broadcast tick “keys”.

Now you have fixed all settings needed to connect all accounts to your keyboard simultaneously.

Step

let’s start this bad boy!
On the Menu tab, Go to Status
Click start button. Now local host starts.
Click Instances button.
Select “Run all”

Doesn't Work.It runs correctly my wow.exe but they are ALL minimized and they cannot be seen. stuck on minimized. Maybe because im trying to using on 3.3.5?

Also: this bugged all my wow.exe i configured, if i start them manually, they start like 300x400 pixel, and u can hear only sound, black screen. I dont know how to fix this and i cant play anomre cuz of this...

Hmmm.


I am running it right now, i seeme o work for me. i dont know what to do without seeing the computer your o using eamviewer

I fixed it by reseting the file WTF/config.wtf (copied from another wotlk 3.3.5 client).
Now wow starts correctly, I can see the screen and window is not small.

So the multiboxer was "bugging" that file, messing up video settings I don't know..Again: is this supported for 3.3.5? Because the name says Vanilla, maybe it's that, I don't know.. !


This is how WoW looked launching from wow.exe (no multiboxer) before fixing the config.wtf file: (its photoshopped but u can understand I think)
