Hello, its been years since I have contriubed something, here is a simple free version Enhance Shaman CR.
How to set it up
1- Download Authotkey
2- Download the script.
3- Double click it.

Key binds
F11- Unleash element
F10- StormStrike
F9- Laval Lash
F8- Flame Shock
F7- Frost Shock
R - To start
Q- To Stop and start- Toggle
Ctrl R - to reset the timer
