PQR PE Next Steps / Future of Rotation Botting

I among other are wondering what plans do PE/PQR have for the Future and have to figure out how we can bot safely again with PQR/PE if there is a future again for it.
Because to be honest on my end it may take some hard core assurance that it is safe again.

This thread title is misleading, i came here thinking i was going to see answers, not questions, please add a question mark to the end of your thread name.

Asides that, I would like to see what will or will not be happening in the future.

So this is how I see it currently.

PQR: the Developer Xelper does not play WoW anymore. He will not update it.

PE: Will still be updated but I would never really consider it safe unless the developers puts in some serious effort into making it safe with warden protection and just better coding in general.

What people/coders will do: Even tho I personally think that it's a major loss in performance people will mover over to Honorbuddy. The reason being it is by far the safest option. They have active warden protection and a tripwire system. If the bot were to be detected it gets shutdown within minutes aswell as all the clients running it. It might be abit slow and clunky and it requires C# instead of lua. But thats they way it is. Deal with it.

I hope xelper comes back in a month~ or so and makes pqr paid. I would definitely buy it; xelper needs some incentive to update it since he no longer plays.

This would be good indead. I'd totally give it like a onetime payment or a cheap subscription (considering that the profiles are community based),

I think the future lies with HonorBuddy. The best PE/PQR profile devs can now do the same, if not more, with HonorBuddys rotation stuff afaik.
Xelper warned the PQR users about the high detection risk some months ago and Jadd warned phelps about it regarding PE.

what worries me is the performance of HB. people report it is clunky. Can anyone confirm/deny?

I know that mmocrawlerbot will have a PQR like mode in near future. I have already tested the beta and it's really fast. I think we will see this within the next days.

people we have 2 way now 1 way to do the rotation manually another way and last way for me this is to do it by bot so this bot also is not distribute the game this software only help to focus more on the tactics and help in a raid why blizzard did this ?

SO please look and find a good one and tell to another ppl also i tried hb but still dev ppl are not sure is this safe or unsafe and some ppl also telling about the HB bot is too slow that means you cant give the good dps so what is next

This may be true but the learning curve is quite steep, I suspect it will discourage the majority of developers due to the time investment necessary. The problem here from what I can see is that we currently have no firm idea what detection vector was used, which in turn makes it difficult to know where/how to secure any future PQR equivalents to prevent it being trivial to detect again. But maybe it's just a case of taking security much more seriously and not giving Blizzard any straightforward ways to detect the program.

And you shouldnt have thought it safe before and the same goes for PQR.

Botting is never safe. even honorbuddy which is probably the most safe is by my standards very unsafe still.

Just use what you want to use and pray for no bans! :d

well people could join ptr, with ptr you don't have to worry about being banned scents the rules their are much different.

PE is still safe I been using it religously
