OK... Have tried the bot in Uldum a little..
Haven't gotten into combat yet, so wondering how that will be!

Got back from lunch to find myself killed by some crocolisk.
Fighting isn't really great.
I've editted your warlock.ini a little, and have survived some fights so far.
It seems to cast debuffs on the target twice, before beginning to cast "Shadow Bolt".

The warlock.ini as I have it now:

This seems to work pretty well for an affliction lock.
Was wondering about the Cooldown after the spellid.
Is that in seconds?
And is it a cooldown as in, how long you'd have to wait before you can cast the spell again?
Or is the cooldown the duration of the spell?

Well.. After a while the bot seems to stop picking up Schools of fish..
It just flies straight passed most of them..

Have even tried relogging and restarting the bot.
Doesn't seem to change a thing!

I cannot get it to start, Im running W7 x64 Ultimate and I have the newest .net framework installed. Seen someone else on your forum saying the exact same thing and you awnsered to that that you have recompiled it and uploaded it. May i ask where the link to that file is? Cuss the file on your site is giving the exact same error. aka not even showing :P
