Archaeology Plugin For Honorbuddy

This was posted on the official Honorbuddy forums, but it was quickly taken down and the thread was deleted/poster muted. This is not my plugin and I take absolutely no credit for its creation. I think that it is ridiculous that the Buddy staff are squelching this simply because they want to release their own paid plugin in the near future.

Download: arch.cs



1. Put in plugins folder
2. Load this profile: Blank.xml
3. Start grind bot, select a cc, then stop the bot.
4. Enable ArcheologyBuddy under the plugins tab
5. Press start within the ArcheologyBuddy plugin!

Disclaimer - I wouldn't recommend running this completely unattended, as there are a few bugs involving flying pathing along with spirit resing not working correctly when you die. Check in on your bot if you are using this~

It is possible to run this 100% afk, I just wouldn't recommend it!

Use unattended at your own risk!

No, this is working with the latest release of HonorBuddy. The latest version, and the one that I test it on, is Honorbuddy 2.0.0.3626.

I am running it at this moment, so I know that it works. I believe they censored this because not only does it utilize archaeology, but it also utilizes flying mounts which as we all know has not been an option with HonorBuddy to protect their revenues that they get with Gatherbuddy. A paid Gatherbuddy plugin is in the works that will allow limited use of flying mounts so that HonorBuddy can reach areas that cannot be reached by ground mounts.

I am glad that you got it working. HonorBuddy claims to be a community driven bot, but anytime anything like this tries to show its face with the backing of the community, it is shot down and those involved are punished.

Honorbuddy will report a massive error, but it should continue on its own and fly to the next spot.

Try placing your character on the ground and then restarting the plugin again.

Glad to see your contributing, but please, get your head out of your ass.

The reason they pulled it, was not because of us. They're waiting on the next release of HB, so they can properly implement flight navigation. They requested me to 'break' the plugin in the next release, which I have, unless you're a lifetime user (which has been a known usage scenario for quite a while).

To quote regecksqt, and eXemplar: "It's a massive POC plugin". It's not meant to be 'released' quite yet according to them.
