If some one could test this on EU for me to make sure it's still working that would be amazing. <3

No longer working for me in us servers.
Working for me in US servers.
Didn't work with NOD32 firewall, still works like a charm with windows
would u mind teaching me how to edit the program in order to make it works on TW server ??
Hotpockets,
netsh in Win7 and WinXP has the same type of interface - you can accomplish the same thing just with different commands. netsh firewall add portopening - read the built in help file to acheieve what you need. If you don't have a Windows XP box to look at it on, let me know and I can give you access to a VM.
You can also acheive this by simply editing the hosts file if you don't want to use netsh. If you use the hosts file, the user doesn't even need to have the firewall turned on, may be easier for a few people. Hosts file is located in %systemroot%/system32/drivers/etc/ - redirect the IP of the RealID server to localhost and it will block all traffic to the IP period, not having to worry about what port it connects on. Of course that won't work if blocking all traffic to the RealID server will cause you to lose your connection to WoW completely, I'm not sure about that
Can I get banned for using this?
Technically: yes. as you are blocking (re-routing) network traffic away from blizzard's servers, which is a violation of their EULA.
However, the odds of this being detected by blizzard are so very small they're pretty much neglectable (afterall, what benefit does blizzard get out of it if you aren't able to chat with realid friends?). even if you would be detected there could be so many reasons you could be unable to connect to battle.net that I very much doubt they would even bother investigating it, let stand suspend you for it.
ontopic: I personally use PeerBlock, (which is basically the new Peerguardian) to block traffic to battle.net. if you run it before running the launcher it will throw you an error it could not obtain patch information, but I noticed starting peerblock while wow is already active causes battle.net to become unavailable. Been thinking about starting a topic for this same purpose, but it seems more appropriate to add the info here
I like peerblock because it's legit, e.g. microsoft itself has signed a digital signature to approve of it. While MS itself delivers a bunch of crap it proves to me it's not some teenage kid's hack 'n slash project that'll steal all my bank information and start spamming my guild channel or whatever.
Hope this was useful to someone

When i try to use the tool. I get the message:and this is from using Windows xp. just though I would give a headsup.Code:The Following command was not found: advfirewall firewall add rule name=ReadidUS dir=out remoteip=12.129.206.130 protocol=TCP action block The Following command was not found: advfirewall firewall add rule name=ReadidEU dir=out remoteip=12.129.206.130 protocol=TCP action block
Seems interesting and very uselful. Thanks for this program
Would there be a way to disable real ID only one WoW instance of WoW, but on another window have it running? (For the same server)
This doesn't seem to work any more unfortunately .
