It still tells me I'm on a trial when I use the code :S And i'm sure it's entered in because when I enter it in again it tells me I've already used the promo code.

Dont worry after you logged in and put the code in the promo code selection its will extened it for 7 days.
just login and you will see its wont disconnect you after 20min
By the way i just added an guide to another promo code so you will have 14 days!
In the account (on the site) its wont show you but in their software you will see it.

The code does work, pitty the program is useless for me. It actually increased my ping by 120.

60ms is not anything to gawk about... You could probably decrease ping by more just disabling recount.
