Setting up Pocketgnome.by MacGuy
Okay, so you got your new brilliant mac and you want to level your WoW character, but you have this big mid term test that you just have to revise for.
Look no further!!
So first you want to download the newest update for Pocketgnome at Pocket Gnome - WoW Bot for Mac
Make sure its working for 3.1 !!
First you have to download and install it, then open it!!
Okay, you must now open your wow and log into your Character, for this i will create a new human mage.
Ok Once you are logged in to your character you want to go to pocketgnome and to the tab spells. Once there click Load All!
This will load all the spells that your character has on to pocketgnome.
Like this
Okay now you have got your spells loaded.
We now want to do the behaviour of what it does in and out of combat. eg Attack, drink
Go to the create behaviour tab and enter the name of this behaviour and hit enter.
Now go to combat and click add rule.
I will show you how i would do it for my level 1 mage
I only want my mage to fireball
and then drink after.
Okay now we have the behaviour sorted we now need the route in which we want to take.
Go to the routes tab and enter the name of your new route and hit enter.
After this hit automate route
and this screen will pop up.
Now lets say you want to add a waypoint every 1 yard, this will make it follow your waypoints more accurately than if it was every 2 yards.
Click start recording and run your route.
Click stop recording when done.
You now have your route
If you want a corpse run it is basically the same setup procedure.
Now we are almost done.
Go to the tab "bot"
And go to were it says combat and click the small cog symbol beside it to get its settings.
This should be easy enough to set up.
As you just tick the boxes.
Save your combat now.
Stay on the bots tab and select the route you just made and do the same for your behaviour and combat
This is what it should look like once you are finished.
Woopie we are finished
