Confirmed getting you banned on live servers.

I got disconnected and recieved a mail with a new password to the account. ( Probably because I logged in on a completely new IP )

Tried it on my own account with a char on Tarren Mill.

Edit: And shorty afterwards "Consequences for Account: Account Suspension for 3 days (72 hours), Password Reset and warning placed on the account". (I was not going to continue playing on this account anyway.)

Yes they detected a string which they use to teleport.

yep, same here...used it to port from dal to utgarde keep and got disconnected about 10 mins later, with e-mails sent to me about the 72h suspension and password reset...oh wells, no more porting =(

I used this program today, after not having used it for weeks. I was disconnected almost instantaneously. For a minute or two, I thought I had been hacked because it just said my password was invalid. Then it said banned.

I have to assume Blizz put a mechanism in place to instantly ban anyone trying to use this program, it's not even a matter of being discrete about it.
