perhaps a noobish question, but what are the changes of it being detected (aka getting banned or not being able to log-in for x amount of hours)

I can only give you a general answer for the "human detection" part, that also depends on where you use it: there's always a chance that someone will notice you fishing all night and create a ticket about that. As long as you answer whispers, you should be fine.

For the technical part: Blizzard would have to ship specific detection( especially for this cheat ) to catch you( like it would have for Glider, Innerspace etc. ) and ship it somewhere in WoW.exe( a patch would be required ).

Therefore I consider the chances of being detected as pretty slim.

Go to the <WoW directory>/Errors directory and attach the newest .log file you find.

i have found some sort of a problem/bug ;< when i first started it worked out great, but after 20-30 mins it started not to re-cast fishing : | tryed reloading UI and reinstalling it etc. but nothing works :/

well im trying this but it doesnt recast
also a small remark that it casts the lure to fast it makes it look more botish

ow fixed it, reason was because i ran out of lures, so it wouldn't recast anything ;<

Fixed in the linked AddOn, you have to replace all the files in the Script/Fisher folder.
