Since I no longer play WoW I'll share this unfinished simple radar. I just updated it for 3.0.2 because a friend begged me. No source, only bin.! Just for the case me starts playing again. Note that this is unfinished crappy coded work!

The radar is a resizeable 3D OpenGL window ... it can be toggled 'ontop'.
You *should* be able to see all WoW-Classic and TBC Miningnodes and Herbs as icons. I wasn't able to test this because atm I don't have an active account.

A simple World of Wacraft Radar using out of process memory reading and OpenGL.

CONTROLS:

NUMPAD PLUS ----- zoom in
NUMPAD MINUS ---- zoom out
F6 -------------- toggle debuginfo (npcs, players, type-5-objects only)
F7 -------------- toggle always on top
ESC ------------- exit (click on the radar before, the window must have focus)
left click&hold - move window

COLORS:

red    - your character
purple - your target
white  - non player characters
green  - other players
blue   - objects, herbs/mining nodes/signs/mailboxes...

NOTES:

-YAWR does memory reading only! no injections, no memory writing
-YAWR is atm undetected but it is detectABLE
-Errors? using Vista? Unable to open the process? -> Start with Adminrights!
-ONLY for WoW Version 3.0.2 Build 9056

BUGS:
~~~~~
-only basic offsets updated for 3.0.2-9056, playernames won't work
-after zonechanges the radar may **** up in rare cases, just restart
-string reading is bugged
-probably much more ...

no, but thats a nice idea for a filter

Hell I don't know. Test it and post the result here. The older 2.4.3 version worked fine with deDE and enGB client.

Whats the windowtitle of the US WoW? If its not "World of Warcraft" it will not work. (may be case sensitive)

I probably should open the process via searching for the "wow.exe"-modul instead of using the windowtitle...

Idea: background mode with sound when veins/herber/rare mobs are present on map. Then you can bring map on to see exactly whrere it is.
