Dling now...will test...undetectable even if we dont patch it? I understand you want your cut of the $$$ too but I'm cheap so if someone else could answer that it would be appreciated.

    Re: VisualPvP

The Warden has only two options for catching a bot that does not touch the game's memory (that's a good thing for us):

    1) Scan window titles. This is a terrible method for catching this bot, however, because of the random window title renaming feature. Therefore, this option is obsolete for Blizzard.

    2) Scan for the process name. Blizzard could always scan for the process name, but even then, you cannot be banned just because it returns "VisualPvP.exe". Even so, process renaming will be included in the very near future.

Honestly though, you have nothing to worry about for the time being. If anything tries to access the bot (meaning, Warden), it will shut down completely. This does, of course, also mean that your antivirus software may close the bot as well...so watch for that.

    Re: VisualPvP

I've givin it a go and I'm not too happy with it, when you get into a BG it moves every second and its is too obvious. other than that its a clean program

    Re: VisualPvP

    Version 0.0.0.5 has been released.

-MAJOR UPDATE: when running VisualPvP, you will be prompted to choose whether or not you want to hide the VisualPvP process. This effectively makes the bot virtually undetectable by the Warden.
-Added the option to send a keystroke after the excuse message has been sent.
-Added whisper detection - support for auto-response and sound playing included.
-Added an auto-fix feature for people receiving an error message when running the bot.
    -Added "Miscellaneous" tab.
-Adjusted timers to fluctuate with whisper detection more effectively.
-Tweaked code slightly to prevent "stupidity" when pixels were already found.

Here's the security patch you've all been waiting for! Enjoy.

    Re: VisualPvP

The final "core" feature of VisualPvP is underway - you will be able to record travel paths using an external program I am working on. Using the "send keystroke after excuse message" feature that has already been added, you will be able to execute these macros with a user-defined hotkey and the travel path will commence. You will be able to jump where you want to jump, strafe where you want to strafe, say what you want to say (when you want to say it), and more.

    Any thoughts or ideas?

    Re: VisualPvP

Blizzard reads this forum, and what you said about them scanning the process name and returning VisualPvP.exe, they will know it is a bot ; because you have told us what the name of the bot is already. So get to work on that name gen quick!

    Re: VisualPvP

    ...what?

I don't really understand what you meant, but when Blizzard scans for VisualPvP.exe, they're not going to find anything...

    Re: VisualPvP

When does it "crash"? What error does it give you?

If it's the standard WebClient Request Failed, press the "Click Here" button in the "Control Console" tab; this will fix the problem automatically.

Edit: By the way, to get to the Control Console tab if you're getting the error, you'll need to click "Continue" when the error appears.
