[Question] Global CD/ability reset.

Would it be possible to make an ability/gobal cd reset hack? Kind of like the no delay and flying kick reset for EQ?

No. GCD hack for WoW used to provide 400ms less than a normal GCD would force you to wait (warrior 1.5 second GCD -> 1.1 second GCD, rogue 1.0 second GCD -> 0.6 second GCD, etc). Reason being the client could take away all of the GCD, but the server enforced the 400ms less rule, so it was impossible to go any lower than that. Blizz caught on and just enforced the entire GCD serverside around the time 4.0 patch came out (had all the cata talents, but cata expac wasnt out yet)
