Bioware Account Crackdowns?

Hi,
My first post on here and I hope its not in the wrong place. I was wondering if bioware just doesn't monitor accounts like during the beta and doesn't care about account selling or if there's a method to this. In beta they were anal about accounts transferring ownership but now I see tons of threads selling a account. I couldn't find a similar thread on here and just wondered what the deal is. Thank you!
