Macrogoblin space mission botting

MacroGoblin can be pretty overwhelming to a typical bot user, it has a TON of features that out of the box confuse a lot of people. It requires you to read to figure out how to make stuff work. I've spent a lot of time with the Space Bots and have a pretty good routine to level from spaceship -> 50 with a small break around lvl 29 when there are no space missions that give experience.

If you are a MacroGoblin user, take a look in the SWTOR Space Mission Botting forum. There are a TON of user made space bots that will pretty much walk you through what to do. I'll see if I can put together a HOWTO guide and share some more of my experiences with the individual Macro Goblin Space Bots (i've used them all).

The difficult thing with space botting is that its all recorded with some having pixel detection starts, as an example Mugaar Ice Field I used to level from 34-40 in about 2 nights time. When you start the mission it waits till the timer gets to 4:29 (looking at a green pixel on the 2 in :29) and the routine kicks off. You need to basically adjust the pixels & delays to make the bot shoot when its supposed to.

Computer speed, server load, etc. all play into this and the delay needs to be adjusted almost every time you run the bot.

I'll see if I can put a guide together over the next few days to help some people out, however if you have a MacroGoblin account, you can easily find it there.

I downloaded this last night. It looks like a very good bit of kit. But I'm a bit shit. Everytime I record a route and set it away it is well out of sync.

I have been going through it an deleting lines of code to make up for this but it still seems too out of sync.

Anyone know of any of the profiles on the forum is ready to run?

Wild guess: near 0 propably.

1. No other player can see you do anything
2. It doesn't do anything to the game itself actually, just moves the mouse for you = undetectable

I've taken 2 characters from 12-50 so far, make over 2 million credits each character going from 12-50, takes about a week or so doing it over night & weekdays for 5-6hrs

I've been using the Ultimate Bot 2.2 on the macrogoblin site, I can post it here. All of what i've done is imp so far, i'm getting ready to record my own for rep. They are very similar and my main is on republic anyway.

yeah ive been using ultimatebot so far with the imp profiles but ofc my main is also republic and i cant get it to record everything nicely yet...its a bit of a pain so far but well worth it once you get it working.

Doing the recordings are not really bad, the biggest issue i've had so far is handling the small bot issues such as when to keep shooting, I tend to stop shooting once its dead, but ideally you want to keep shooting for a short time after to give a chance for any latency issues or sync issues you might have to handle themselves.

I am using another program, I am level 42. I can't seem to correctly get Polith minefields or sullest interception to work correctly.

I've been using it for like a week now. I went from L23 to L38. It took me maybe 6 days to figure out how to correctly use it. You can use user-submitted missions but I didn't want to do that because I would have to change my resolution, disable Aero, lower my graphics, etc. Once I figured out how to do it, it now takes me about 30 mins to record a mission and set it up properly for replays. I can then use that for 2-3 days before I take a new recording for a new mission.

I say it's worth it because the $30 sub price is good for one year so it's like $2.50/month.

What do the picture show? Is this written with Macro-Goblin or is this another buyable bot?
