Favorite Diablo 2 hacks?

stack up on damage gear and let your altered animations do the IAS/FCR work for you

i didn't use any hacks/bots at Diablo2 but it would be very interesting how bot's in D2 worked...

It was a kinda of a bummer when Jon released tmc to the public, but for the time it was private, it was highly enjoyable. WTFpk was cool simply becuase it had a handy xml scripted in so you could customize it pretty easily. Too bad it's warden food and only works on Xp, or i'd of upgraded this long ago. Jon deserves credit for creating (atleast publically altho it was not his intentions) Tmcpk with the hammerdin blindspot. I suck with trigger programs but it was still cool. I'd have to say the trade dupe was probably the most useable before it was patched, instant dupe unlike these ugly lag dupes now. It was very simple, enter trade screen and receive the packet manually that closes the trade window (this would only be clientside). You'd then drop all your gear on the ground, the other person would then leave the tradescreen he was still in, the server refreshes your equipment (why you hear auras restart when you leave trade), and boom, instant dupe. Just for the sake of saving people a few minutes, you'll be temp banned soon as you drop something now as it was patched ages ago. I've personally not had the chance to try it, but i'd like to use (or atleast read) the code for a private dll circulating, which features movable windows in D2. I'm guessing they did it through direct-x but hell who knows.

but I was hacked a few times.. :/
mostly by quick item changing during the trade... so lame of me :/
