How to make enchanting 375 for lvl low levels

Just wondering if anyone knows how to make like a low lvl character learn 375 enchanting, do you need to do somthing to the database? without like modifying your level and making you learn it.

go to trainer_spells , type id of ure enchanting trainer ,
grand master is like 18753 ,(not right but close)
search for 18753
itll say required lvl
change all to 0

done.

1. Open up your SQLyog or Navicat

2. Go to your ascent database

3. Find trainer_spells

4. Find entry 18753

5. Then modify reqskillvalue change all to 0

6. When you finished that it should be done
