[Guide]How to make Custom Class Trainers and Npc.

I read around alot on the forums but I didn't find a Guide that explains how to make a custom class trainer. So I'm gonna show you how to make one and I will use the example class: Paladin


Introduction Part 1

First off you have to make a NPC so I will explain how to make that aswell:

Custom NPC:

1. Open Navicat/HeidiSQL whatever you use.

2. Go to table Creature_Names

3. Start making your NPC:

3.1 (Entry)
This is where you write what number you want to spawn your NPC with. In this guide we randomly take the number 1. So entry should be: (1)

3.2 (Name)
This is where you write the desired NPC name. We name this mob: MMOwned Trainer

3.3 (Subname)
This is the name that will appear under the NPC actual name. *See image below* We will use the Subname: MMOwned Paladin Trainer


3.4 (Info_Str)
I dont know what this is. Just skip it.

3.5 (Flags1)
Skip this aswell.

3.6 (Type)
This is what kind of NPC you want.*See Code below* We will use the type: 7= Humanoid

2.4 (Minhealth, Maxhealth & Mana)
This is where you write your desired NPC mana and health. We will use the numbers: Minhealth=200, Maxhealth=200, Mana= 200

2.5 (Scale)
This is what size you want the NPC to be. We will use the scale: (1)

2.6 (Npcflags)
This is what the NPC is supposed to do*See code below* We will be using the flag: 16= Trainer

Flag: 16= Trainer.

Flag: 0=  You can't speak with npc.
Flag: 1= You can only speak with npc.
Flag: 2= Questgiver.
Flag: 4= Vendor.
Flag: 8= Gryphon master.
Flag: 32=  Spirithealer (Only visable when dead).
Flag: 64=  Spirithealer (Only in battlegrounds). 
Flag: 128= Innkeeper.
Flag: 256= Banker.
Flag: 512= Guildcharter signer.
Flag: 1024= Tabardcreator.
Flag: 2048= Battlemaster.
Flag: 4096= Auctioneer.
Flag: 8192= Stablemaster.     
Flag: 16384= Repairer.
Flag: 65536= Guard directioneer.

2.7 (Attacktime and Damage)
This is how fast and how hard you want the NPC to hit. We will be using the numbers: Attacktime= 1000 (1,0 Speed), Mindamage= 200, Maxdamage= 400

2.8 Rangedattack time and Damage)
This is if you want the NPC to be able to do any ranged damage. We will not be using this in this guide.

2.9 (Mountdisplayid)
This is if you want your NPC to be sitting on a mount. You need to enter the Displayid of the mount you want it to sit on. However we will not be using this.

2.10 (Equipmodels, Equipinfos and Equipslots)
This is if you want your NPC to be equipped with a weapon. We will not be using this I will however explain how to do this.*See code below*

Equipmodel= For the npc to be able to equip a weapon you need to enter the displayid here. So for example if you want your NPC to be holding: Corrupted AshbringerThen you want to write this in Equipmodel:                    3509
                                                                          
Equipinfo & Equipslot= This is how the weapon will be sheated and what type of weapon it is: 

Here is a list of slot ID's:

50268674 - 529 - Two-handed(stave)that stays in hand.
33490946 - 256 - Two-handed(sword/Axe/mace) stays in hand.
33490690 - 781 - One-handed that stays in hand.
50267138 - 768 - One-handed that sheaths and attacks with.

33490436 - 1038 - Shield Held in hand.
50267394 - 273 - Two-handed not sheathed.

2.11 (Respawntime)
This is how fast the NPC will respawn incase he dies. We will be using the time: 36000= 5 minutes

2.12 (Armor and Resistance)
This is how much armor and resistance the NPC will have against different schools. We will not be using this.

2.13 (Combat_reach and Bounding_radius)
Combat_reach= How far away the NPC will attack you from. So for example if you put this at 1 he will attack standing near you. Any other number will increase his range with you.
Bounding_radius= this is when he will see you. If you put this to 1 he will see you like any other normal mob, if you raise it he will see you from further ways. We will set these both to:(1)

2.14 (Boss and Money)
Boss= If you want the NPC to be a ??/skull NPC. So you cant see his level. If you want it to be like that you write 1.
Money= If you want the NPC to drop money on kill then you write a higher number then 0. Money counts with copper, so if you want 1 silver then you have to write 100. We will not be using this. Skip the rest of the colums.

You have now completed your NPC and you are ready to complete him becoming a Paladin Trainer!

Custom Class Trainer Part 1

Before starting this process you need to find a already made Class trainers ENTRYID. I will be using the entry id of: Jesthenis Sunstriker - 15280.

Now that you have the entry ID go to the table Trainer_Spells and search for him. When you found the person with that entry id copy all the columns of him and write them in a txt file. You can modify the columns if you want.

Making a class trainer!

1. Open up the table: Trainer_Spells

You have to repeat this depending on how many spells you want the trainer to learn.

1.1 (Entry)
We used the entrynumber 1 for the NPC so in this field we write the entrynumber:(1)

1.2 (Cast_spell)
This is the ID of what spells he casts, Take the spells you wrote down in your txt file and write them here. I will be using the spells:

1.3 (Spellcost)
This is how much you want the spell to cost. Write what you copied to the txt file for now.

1.4 (The rest of the columns)
Continue copying what you saved in the txt file.

Custom Class Trainer Part 2

You have to use the already made Paladin trainer ENTRYID here again. So search until you find him once again. Dont copy or close the table. I will explain what your going to do.

1. Open the table trainer_defs

1.1 Now click the Insert new record button and write the exact stuff you see the paladin you searched for before. Just change the entryID to(1)

1.2 This is the most essential and important part for your trainer to work. If you dont do this then ascent wont start.
Scroll until you see the MEMO column, You will see its abit faded. This is what you do, go to the original paladin trainer ID: 15280 And right click on his MEMO and click: COPY After you have done this go back to the trainer you just made, go to his MEMO once again and right click it and press: PASTE

You now have your custom class trainer made.

For example, you find the paladin trainer and you find his spells in the table trainer_spells, and at the same time you find the spells for example a mage trainer and when u make the trainer you add all those spells to 1 trainer.
