Need Help Asap Please

I have made my new server with the latest patch and when i make a host
for my server it takes me to my modem page why does it do that.
Please someone help me i have tried threw all the guides and they havnt helped me. Who can help ill +rep them. ill give u a pic.

Is this when you try to log on your server or going to the homepage of it?
(Try making it NOT a re-direct to your IP?)

Hi soz for not putting it in the right section but i really wanna try to finsh
my serer off iv been working it on it 23 hours now. and its just the hompage to make an accs please reply
